The people behind One Week In – Now
The early days
One Week In was born and created in 2014 as part of BrandBase in cooperation with Lund University School of Economics and Management in the Netherlands. The four Master Students Anika, Aylin, Leonie, and Marlene were studying the program “Globalization, Brands and Consumption” at Lund University, and handed over the project to Anna & Matthias, followers of One Week In. Since then Anna and Matthias keep up One Week In, presenting you slowly one destination at a time.
As we all love traveling and have seen quite a few interesting places around the world, we would love to share our favorite places and insider tips of each city with other passionate travelers in order to make each city an unforgettable experience!
Anika – Her favorite experiences were snorkeling with sharks and turtles in Australia and rock-climbing in Bali.
Aylin – Loved spending a year in California and enjoyed travelling different places across the US.
Leonie – Spent 3 months in Cape Town – the most beautiful city in the world.
Marlene – Next project: Biking from Stuttgart to Istanbul
